Alton Clingan graduated from Auburn University’s School of Architecture, Design and Construction in 1960. Upon completion of his four year internship and the receipt of his license, Alton established his own architectural firm, Clingan & Associates.

Clingan & Associates began working with SIP’s in 1988 and has a wealth of experience in the design of SIP structures and their efficient application in the building process. In his 40 plus years of practice, Alton and his colleagues have designed buildings for a wide variety of uses, including multi-family and single family homes, churches, warehouses, retail establishments and factories. Alton and his team can draw or adapt plans for virtually any type of building for construction with SIP’s; their experience is invaluable in maximizing the beneffits of SIP construction.
